with certain web comps it says to refer email addresses to increase chance of winning and to get others to enter and win as well..
is there a type of network for members to access for email addresses to add for such competitions ??

usually email referals are your friends and family, but always check with them first if they want to be a part of it as some companies can tend to
send out loads of junk mail, which is not a favorite to alot of people.
