All stamps I receive in the mail (franked or un-franked), I put in a box in a shopping mall that collects them for selling to stamp collectors, and
then they give the money to charity. I keep all of the animal ones for myself (as I am an avid animal stamp collector). |

YEP, well I pay for my stamps, have no qualms about using one that has not been franked, but this idea of gluing or sticky taping over them to reuse
constantly, well, no thanks

I am with GJ i also used unfranked ones but would never use a franked one
there is nothing wrong with reusing a stamp that missed the franking machine

I dont really mind paying for stamps but if there is an unfranked one I will use it if I can. I tend not to use them for comps as I feel it might be
bad luck. I only reuse them once. Some of them peel of quite easily. If you cut it off it looks suss but I have done it many times. And like nelke I
too have had times where Ive put a stamp on something and changed my mind or put it on the wrong envelope. |

I keep unfranked stamps that come in on mail I receive for 'emergencies'... like last week I didn't have any stamps and couldn't
get to the PO so I soaked off all the unfranked stamps I'd collected and there were 12 x 50c stamps plus 2 x $1 stamps.
Now that's quite a few entries! |
