BRIEF TERMS & CONDITIONS: Open to residing in Australia or New Zealand and holding an active Facebook and/or Instagram account, and must be 18
years of age or older. Open from 7 October 2024 at 9:00am AEDT and closes on 31 October 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT. There will be one (1) prize to be won as
follows: A trip for two (2) to San Francisco from 5 December 2024 to 9 December 2024, comprising: Two (2) tickets to attend a San Francisco 49ers
Official Fan Experience on 8 December 2024, valued at a maximum of AU$5,000 exclusive of GST; two (2) tickets to attend a Timberwolves v Golden State
NBA game on 6 December 2024, valued at a maximum of AU$1,000 exclusive of GST; two (2) return economy flights to San Francisco International Airport
from the international airport in the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia or New Zealand (as the case may be), valued at a maximum of
AU$7,200.00 exclusive of GST; four (4) night’s accommodation in a San Francisco hotel for two (2) in one room twin-share of at least 4-star standard,
valued at a maximum of AU$2,400.00 exclusive of GST; and return ground transfers between San Francisco International Airport and the designated hotel,
and return ground transfers between the designated hotel and each of the San Francisco 49ers Official Fan Experience and the Timberwolves v Golden
State NBA game for two (2), valued at a maximum of AU$1,400.00 exclusive of GST. The total Competition prize pool is valued at a maximum of AU$17,000,
exclusive of GST. Winner will be announced on or about 10:00am AEDT on 4 November 2024. The Winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram direct
