Eligibility:
The Yeomans Bathroom Giveaway (here in after referred to as "the Spooktacular Bathroom Giveaway") is exclusively available to legal residents of
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Yeomans
are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on 14/10/2024 at 12:00 pm AEST and ends on 30/10/2024 5:00 pm (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry
Period to be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow Yeomans via socials
- Like the Giveaway Reel Post
- Tag a friend, 1 comment =1 entry
- Share the giveaway reel post in your story and tag us for additional entries
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within 2 days
of the end of the Entry Period.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via email within 2 days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification email within 3 days to claim the
prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Validity Period of Promotional Prize:
Please note that the promotional prize awarded in this giveaway must be ordered or claimed within four (4) months from the conclusion of the giveaway
time frame. The giveaway time frame begins on 1/11/2024 and ends on 28/03/2024. Any orders or claims for the promotional prize made after this
four-month period will not be honoured.
It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that they redeem the promotional prize within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will
result in the forfeiture of the promotional prize, and no alternatives or extensions will be provided.
By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge and accept the validity period of the promotional prize and agree to abide by these terms and
conditions. The giveaway organizer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any missed opportunities to order or claim the prize beyond the
