TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the Springers Solar x Enerdrive | Dometic Voyager Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above who enter their details at www.springers.com.au/giveaway and/or complete a series of steps on Instagram during the competition period. Open to Australian residents only.
To enter via Instagram, participants must follow @springersworkshop and @enerdrive_australia, like the original giveaway post, and tag three friends
on the original post. The participant must complete all steps to be qualified is an Instagram entry.
2. Competition Period
The competition period (giveaway of an Enerdrive | Dometic Voyager 4x4 Canopy Power System and B-TEC 12V 300Ah
Slimline Lithium Battery part number K-V3L01-02) begins on October 16th 2024 and ends on October 31st 2024
("Competition Period").
3. Entry
To enter the competition, individuals must enter their details and click submit via the Springers Solar website
(www.springers.com.au/giveaway) during the Competition Period. Participants earn one entry for completing this action.
One entry per person per form submitted.
And/or, individuals can enter the giveaway by completing four steps on Instagram. To enter via Instagram, participants must
follow @springersworkshop and @enerdrive_australia, like the original giveaway post, and tag three friends on the original
post. The participant must complete all steps to be qualified as an Instagram entry.
Individuals are permitted to enter the giveaway via the website form and via Instagram. An individual will receive two entries
for completing both entry tasks.
4. Prize
For the competition period beginning October 16th 2024 and ending October 31st 2024, one (1) Enerdrive | Dometic
Voyager 4x4 Canopy Power System and B-TEC 12V 300Ah Slimline Lithium Battery part number K-V3L01-02) valued at RRP:
$11,771.00 will be given away to a randomly selected winner from the pool of giveaway participants. The non-transferable
prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from the pool of giveaway participants. The draw will take place in the first week of
November 2024. The winner will be notified via phone and email or Instagram within 7 days of the draw.
6. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the notification email or phone call within 7 days and provide their shipping details to claim the
prize. Shipping fees may apply. If the winner fails to respond within this timeframe or does not provide valid shipping details,
a new winner will be selected from the same pool of giveaway participants.
7. Notification of Winner
The winner's name will be announced on the Springers Solar website, Springers Solar and Springers Workshop social media
channels, and Enerdrive | Dometic social media channels. By participating in this competition, participants consent to their
name being used for this purpose.
8. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the competition period will be used solely to administer the competition and will
not be shared with third parties other than Springers Solar and Enerdrive | Dometic. By entering the competition the entrant
agrees to submit their data to and receive marketing communications from Springers Solar and Enerdrive | Dometic. The
entrant may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Disqualification
Springers Solar reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that is deemed to be fraudulent, tampered with, or in violation of
these terms and conditions. If an entrant has unsubscribed from the giveaway before the Competition end date, the entry will
be disqualified and not included in the pool.
10. Modification or Termination
Springers Solar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
