The promotional period commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Thursday 17th October 2024 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday 11 November 2024
(‘Promotional Period’).
The winner will be selected on 12 November 2024, 12:00pm AEST on the premises of Texas Peak, 30 Tullamarine Park Rd, Tullamarine, VIC, Australia. The
winners will be notified by email and their details will be posted on the competition page Santa Fun Run - WIN a Family Pass (paperform.co)
To enter, participants must complete a competition entry form at Santa Fun Run - WIN a Family Pass (paperform.co) during the dates specified above. It
is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all details are full and correct before submitting their entry form.
Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or incorrect
entries will be disregarded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for
tampering with the entry process. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
All entries are automatically submitted to the draw for the day, as well as subsequent days, for the duration of the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age or have permission from their Parent or Guardian.
The winners of the Promotion will be chosen at random. The prizes must be claimed before 5pm AEST on 15th November 2024 otherwise a redraw may occur.
In the event the prize is not claimed a redraw may occur on the 18th November 2024 at 12:00pm AEST at the premises of Texas Peak Pty Ltd.
