web comps and box ticking
With web comps there always seems to be boxes to tick saying 'yes I would like to subscribe/be contacted with promotional offers' etc. If it's not
part of the comp to agree to subscribe, do you actually harm your chances by not ticking the boxes? Do the judges take into account whether you are
willing to receive promotional material etc?
I just feel like if i don't check all the boxes, I may offend the organisers! |

I always tick yes you can always unsubscribe after the comp has finished.. |
