Some of my Mitre 10 entries
Here are some of my entries into the Mitre 10 competition.
In 30 wol, describe why you need to be rescued:
My fence is broke,
And that's not all,
The old tin roofs,
About to fall,
When all is lost,
Who do you call?
Mitre 10 to the rescue!
My very own creation,
A total renovation,
A neighbourhood sensation,
For others admiration,
Imagine my elation!
My friends would rather phone,
Than visit my home,
With stuff everywhere,
It's your worst nightmare!
Mitre 10 can save the day,
By sending the prize money my way!
I wrote a few more but I may want to use them again one day so I have decided not to post them!

So many jobs half done!

If he found out we had one!!
So please ... Save Our Sanity!!
It certainly would be a great prize to win! It's supposed to be announced during the Today Show on Friday morning I think. Good luck to

These entries are GREAT! I reckon any one of them could win! When I enter a 25wol I can never come up with more than one, but I usually think
"this is the best - it will win for sure". Now reading yours I know why they often don't - there is a lot of talent out there! |

Great entries guys!! Better than my attempt!
I went over and bought something 'last minute' at Mitre 10 and decided to enter... not realising it was a 30 wol and had to decide on
something to put so I could put it in the box then and there (was not going to be back near it again before closing date and we live 40kms away from
it).... so it was a very lame lame lame effort on my part.... I am not expecting a phone call at all from that one - but I hope someone from here wins

Love them all , never bothered with that 1 , live in a commission unit .
Know what you mean Tye bought something at doghnut King on the weekend & it was a 25 WOL which holiday distination you would pick & why ,
thought I'd take it home & think about it till I saw it was closing that day so it was pretty lame .

My gosh - I was reading through this thread till I got to my comment and thought 'oh shmit! I wonder where I put my receipt for that???" and then
looked at the date lol - and then your comment kismet....
