Help!!

I have just joined this premium site and how or where do I go to get myself into the action or enter to win anything??this is daunting.
How do I save people's addresses into my address section??and how do I reply to any email's sent to me??
Someone come to my rescue please.

all Premium reports are now available to you via the slide out menu to the left of the forum or via the 'All Premium, CompTracker Info' link at the top of the forum.

There is a 'u2u' link at the top right of the forum to read and send u2u's. When you read one, there is a 'reply' link.
