Sweep for managing comp sites
Does anyone else use Sweep? I've been using it for ages now and would be lost without it. It can store all competition websites and you can custom
each site so you visit it daily, weekly or monthly etc.
Everytime someone lists a site that has regular competitions I add it to my sweep file and every morning it tells me what sites I need to visit to
enter comps.
Just wondering if others use it or a similar programme.

This sounds like just what I need. At the moment I've got everything organized in my favorites but this would make it soooo much easier. |

I have just downloaded this program, but am having a bit of trouble learning how to use it. I am currently reading through the Help notes, but if
anyone could give me a run down, I would really appreciate it! |

The site doesn't give much info with actually downloading it, so I'm wondering how it's different to just setting up bookmarks and folders for your
Daily, Weekly etc sites you visit?

Smiley, I have used it for years. Where it is different to bookmarks is that you can set it up to fill in particular forms, similar to roboform.
eg. If you enter femail.com.au comps, except for the answers to the comps, everything is the same. You can set up sweep so that you can put in your
answer and click the 'type' button in sweep and it fills the rest in for you.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an
attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one
hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming
WOO HOO what a ride!
2006-$23411 + 2007-$69842 + 2008-$38712 + 2009-$20781 + 2010-$25344 = $178090
Jan-Oct - $8995
Nov = any minute now......

Well I'm shocked that not everyone uses it
Not sure what I can tell you to help set it up.
Hubby did mine.
I've also used it forever and I'd be completely lost with out it.
I have different "groups" set in mine.
I love that I can keep little notes in it.
Like the contact details off winning letters ect. |

It certainly doesn't seem straight forward to me. I have tested it on one web site and nothing was entered.
Oh for a help menu. |

Looks confusing to me.
Those comps with 'unlimited', 'daily' or 'weekly' entries, I put into my folder: 'Visit again or follow up'. That way, when I log on, I just go to my
Control Panel, click on 'Visit Again/Follow Up Comps, and it's got those that I've clicked to be listed under this heading. |
