DARRELL LEA DAD'S BAGS - THE JONO & DANO SHOW
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these conditions
of entry.
2. Entry is open to NSW, QLD, TAS, SA and VIC residents of Australia aged 10 years and over. Employees of mcm syndication and their immediate
families, associated agencies of mcm syndication and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion.
3. The competition commences on Tuesday 18th August 2009 at 12:00 PM (AEST) and all entries must be received before Friday 4th September 12:00PM
(AEST).
4. To enter, participants must register their details at www.jonoanddano.com.au and tell us in 100 words or less 'What is your favourite Dad's Gag (joke)? Responses will be read and judged daily by a
judging panel at mcm entertainment, Level 1, Building 210, The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, NSW 2021 at 2.00pm (AEST). 5 x winners will be
selected on Monday 31st August, Tuesday 1st September, Wednesday 2nd September, Thursday 3rd September and Friday 4th September. The winners will be
notified by phone. Winners will be determined on their creativity.
Each day (Monday 31st August - Friday 4th September), the five selected winners' jokes will be aired on The Jono & Dano show. The show hosts (Jono
& Dano) will then select their favourite joke as the daily major prize winner.
5. Daily major prize winner: 1 x major winner will win a Darrell Lea Dad's Bag valued at $20.00 and $500 cash (awarded as a cheque)
Daily runner up winners: Each daily runner up winner (4 x winners) will be awarded a Darrell Lea Dad's Bag valued at $20.00
6. Total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $3,000.00.
7. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
8. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prizes are unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the
prize for a prize of similar value.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or
for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to
access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
11. mcm media and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no
responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in
delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
12. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address,
and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the
promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this
promotion but no further use of this information will be made without prior consent. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to State and
Territory lottery departments and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security,
fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any
direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.
15. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination,
including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its
absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
