Over the next 10 days, we’re giving away 10 clean crisp prizes. The Hunt begins on Thursday September 24 with a magnificent bar fridge. Other prizes

Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries
must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of NSW who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter:
(a) Become a fan of the 5 Seeds Facebook page www.facebook.com/5seeds or Twitter page www.twitter.com/5seeds to receive instructions and clues to participate in the 5 Seeds Apple Hunt during the Promotional Period. 5 Seed Apple
Hunts will take place on each weekday of the Promotional Period (excluding 05/10/09) and on 04/10/09. There will be between 3-10 Apple Hunts per day.
(b) For each Apple Hunt, follow the clues to find a specially marked 5 Seeds apple located at select locations during the Promotional Period, enter
your details on the form provided and have your photo taken with the apple by a 5 Seeds representative to enter that day’s draw.
Limit applies of one entry per person per day.
4. The promotion commences at 09.00 EST on 24/09/09 and closes at 17.00 EDT on 07/10/09 (“Promotional Period”).
5. A draw will take place at 17.00 EST on the following dates: 25/09/09, from 28/09/09 to 02/10/09, and from 06/10/09 to 08/10/09 at Suite 2, Level 2,
2012 Foveaux St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. Entries from the previous day of Apple Hunts will be pooled. The first valid entry drawn will win a prize.
6. Prizes consist of:

Total RRP value of prizes = $9,922. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility
of the winner. All other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance, meals, drinks, transfers and all other expenses are the
responsibility of the winner.
7. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. The names of winners will be published in The Sydney Morning Herald on 12/10/09.
8. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 25/01/10 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed
prizes. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw and their names will be published in The Sydney Morning Herald on 28/01/10.
9. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate,
forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
10. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater
value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to
entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the
right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
12. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant prize suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage
or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of the prize suppliers or otherwise as a result of accepting and/or using a prize (even if
caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a
result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with
the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
14. Entrants/Participants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage gift if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or
policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the Code of Practice for Responsible Service of Alcohol. The Promoter supports
the responsible service of alcohol.
15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited
period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
16. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties,
including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this
promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this
information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any
further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s
privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on 1800 308 388 during office hours.

Yes it is NSW only... You have to literally run the streets of Sydney looking for an Apple and have your photo taken with it when you find it. |
