Disappointed it didn't win..
The comp was for accommodation with a Hotel chain, 25 wol of what you like best about staying in hotels.
My entry was:
It may be crude,
but what the heck,
what I like best
is the hotel sex! |

lulumay...I think you answered your own question in the opening line of your ditty.
sorry...but it was too short and crass, for the particular hotel chain's competition you were entering. Better luck next time...
p.s. I have to admit...that's very similar to something I would write!! |

lulumay, i guess it depends what hotel chain it was. eg. if it was Best Western, I can understand why it didn't win. If it was for Vibe hotels, or
similar, it might have been just what they were looking for |

Frunue....too short? Do WOL using all 25 words more successful than pithy short ones. Just interested. |

lulumay - it gave me a laugh
I've won comps without using anywhere near all the 25 words so I guess it just all comes down to the judges at the time.

I don't use all the words on many occasions and just won a good prize with the answer to what ability I would show at an audition to get into a Fame
school and why.
My answer:
Playing the piano in complete darkness. Then I'd know I was only judged on ability, not looks or age. |
