Winning 'Doggie Bickies' Can Be As Satisfying as Winning An O'seas Trip
**Winning 1 of the 10 'Sassy Treat' Doggie Bikkie Packs***
Here's a little story that I hope brings a smile to those of you that may feel disappointed when not winning a major prize.
Dogs of Distinction was the site with the comp,
so off i went with my pen, music in the background and feet tapping with a steady stomp.
From my puppy they wanted a letter to santa,
this was easy as my puppy loves to banter,
so together we drafted a christmas wish
In between, puppy would eat from her dish
and I couldn't stop smiling, drafting wish after wish.
The prize was so little, but the air of the comp was fun
A unique little website full of good will and much sun.
I was a little confused with the entry conditions
so emailed the promoters re my submission
and what followed was some of the most precious correspondence from a stranger addressed to myself and puppy in half human/half dog language that had
me smiling and laughing ear to ear for the following few emails that we exchanged.
.. there were 10 x $20 'Sassy Treat' Organic dog bikkie packs up for grabs and i noticed that only 12 of us lottoers put our hands up to enter
the flavour and experience thru this correspondence brought me as much pleasure as i would guess someone may have from winning a much larger
prize.....
and then i got a winning Wem... Yeeeeehaw!!
and the ensuing parcel of yummy 'Sassy treats' in the mail
Woof Woof! Yuuuuummm!
Here was my 'Doggie letter to Santa' entry
Would love to hear of other lottoers that may have had a smile brought to their face by their small win

I'd love to know if you still think that when you get a MWPC telling you you'd won a trip to Paris |

They sure do look yummy Auntie .. I even tried a little corner myself after
reading the ingredients
I'm not sure if I'd sample the yummy 'doggie xmas cakes' they make though, although they do look good!
Bigam... I reckon I'd be pretty excited aha.... snagging an o'seas trip, but I'll have to wait for that pleasure |

maccinote, sometimes I completely crack myself up with my entries, even if I know I'm the only one in the world who could possibly understand the joke
Your song was awesome, by the way
I get excited whenever a van pulls into my driveway and yesterday was no exception. The parcel was dumped by the doormat and I was so happy to read
the label that said "shoes". Yay - something feminine and frivolous! When I tore open the end of the package I saw it contained sneakers and as I
pulled them out realised that they were Dunlop Volleys and they were HUGE! Obviously something I'd entered for hubby or my son. But when I pulled them
all the way out they are PINK Volleys with flowery insides So I'll be walking
around looking at everyone's feet this week trying to find someone with bigger clodhoppers than mine
It wasn't an exciting win but I was giggling for hours afterwards....
