Storing congratulations letters

Hi guys.
Well I finally managed to sort through my congratulations letters from the past few yrs and put them into a plastic sleeve for each one with the entry form of the comp I won it off (I usually keep one spare incase I win). Then I put them into a folder which I covered with old entry forms and then covered in clear contact. It really turned out great....just a suggestion.:D

I've been doing this for a while. It's a great idea to go back through when your feeling down about not having a win in a while. You quickly forget about allthe small wins a long the way.

That's a fantastic idea cheekyangel, but I would have to win something to be able to do that. :(

I do the same thing....
I try to keep a copy of the actual competion plus the Congratulating letter......

I have my winning letters going back 15 yrs ...

Its fun to look back over the years ... the small wins are just as much fun as the big:D:D:D

Web log

I'm planning to record my winnings in a web log on my website

I guess I will scan in any big ones? I'm not big on paper.. I imagine myself with about 100 DVDS[or one of whatever technology replaces them] representing my life :~).

I've also been putting my Congratulation Letters in plastic sleeves. I try to keep a extra entry form so I can attach it to the letter..:D:D

I have been doing this since I started comping 4 years ago and love looking back through my folders....it is amazing how much stuff you win that you forget about until you read all the winning letters!:D

i don't keep the paper, not much of a paper horder, never thought too much of keeping it, plus we shred our stuff and recycle.

but i do an xcel spreadsheet and it has the comp the promoter, what sort of entry (25 Word/Phone/Mail/WebRandom etc) It has the cost of the prize and then I also leave a colum for where it is eg. USED/GIFT/Sold on Ebay (if so I put the value in) That way I keep a track of what I win, how much its worth and what I make, unfortuantley I don't keep a tally of what I spend.. but I think I will have to! It's all little stuff really, but they certainly add up!!! :)

Fantastic!

Would you be interested in posting the template of this spreadsheet to share with those of us who have not quite got the skills to prepare one. I would love to utilise this??
Or would Andrew or one of the moderators be able to supply something? Just a thought
