Share in the points competition now open
BTW, during October and November, extra profiles remain open every day. If you haven't already completed yours, do it now, and get bonus points.
What do I need to do?
Behind each of the ten boxes, there is a puzzle. Each one opens in turn, and stays open for two hours. Then it closes, and the next one opens, every
two hours, and so on.
If you can solve one of the puzzles, enter your solution in your entry form, and be in the running for points and prizes. Even if you cannot solve all
10 puzzles, there are points for getting at least half of them correct. You can access your entry form at any time, but you can only enter the
solution to the one that is currently open.
A spider not only thinks, but also knows the web... like the back of their hand..! So, use the internet search for the answers. There's google,
movie and song databases, art galleries, news and information sites. If you know where to look, you can find all but two of the answers...
Pay attention to your spelling. We will only accept as correct, spelling listed in the official http://www.askoxford.com/ And, enter exactly what the question requires. If it specifies a number, enter a numeral, not a word.
What is the Prize?
You can win points in one of four groups...
Group A, those with 5 or 6 of the 10 entries correct. Each spider will share a total prize of 400 points
Group B, those with 7 or 8 of the 10 entries correct will share a total pool of 300 points, and
Group C, those with 9 correct entries, will share a total pool of 100 points.
The first three spiders who solve all TEN puzzles, will win 100 points each.
When the third spider has solved all ten, all spiders within each of the other Groups (A, B and C) will divide amongst them the points allocated to
their Group. For example, (see below) if there are 100 spiders in A (ie. have solved 5 or 6 puzzles), they will each receive 4 points.
However. If in any one Group there are more spiders than points, those spiders receive nothing, and the points of that group, together with any
rounding off points will be donated to World Vision Australia. Keep in mind that as spiders move from one group to the next, the points table will
constantly change.

Happy to share my thought!
I would think this first one is a Harry Potter one in which case the answer would be Dumbledore (19th word on page 243 in the 4th book).
I mustn't get distracted. Hmm, distracted, that's a funny word. I wonder if someone can get tracted?

ALSO, the Elvis question, the answer is: KAUFMAN-apparently this guy used to do jokes on Elvis or some thing like that, did a search on google |
