I'm a new member need advice on how to win competitions
Hi i am a new member of lottos.com.au & I just wanted to ask fellow competition members how long it took for you to win a comp after you joined
up? I am thinking maybe I'm going the wrong way about how I fill in my comps eg 25 WOL etc I joined up about 3 weeks ago and I have entered heaps of
competitions & only won one thing which is a book..Maybe im just being silly though but any advice would be good thanks |

Keep entering, the more you enter the more you win. Three weeks for you first win is good, took me 6 weeks to win movie tickets but I have won some
nice stuff since. Everything is a bonus to me .

It took me 3 months to win anything at all. Patience, perseverence and determination is what you need most. There's no right or wrong way to go
about things, sometimes a different approach is what stands out to a promoter.
If you've won a book already, you must be doing something right, so just keep entering as much as you can, it will pay off eventually. Read some of
the older threads like this one for some ideas on how other people have won.

Took me awhile to win things too, I'm quite a new member but have won a few small things- movie tickets are great when you have an aim to not buy any
so you can save money!! |

I won tickets to the theatre in the first week I joined lottos, so I got my 'money back' for my subscription + a bonus.
I'm pretty new here too, but what I've worked out is to keep your eye on the competition threads regularly & keep entering. Remember not to get
discouraged if you don't win straight away. Keep going. Something you enter tomorrow may not be judged for 3 months, so it may take time before the
prizes start coming through. Just after I thought I was having a 'drought period' and was starting to feel a bit discouraged, I won a run of
competitions over 2 days. Now I am just happy when I win something, but am not too discouraged when I don't win for a while because you really don't
know what comp wins might be waiting around the corner. |

My advice would be enter enter enter dont give up because you get runs of good luck and then droughts but at the end of the year when you look at the
movies you have seen or the free things you've recieved its worth it |

yea i will be happy as long as i get at least my years subscription here worth and i won that book which was worth $28.95 so i suppose really i
shouldn't complain  I seriously cannot believe how much i love entering
these comps though,facebook use to be my "thing" but now this is lol  |

I was happy to win my year's subscription back too, but I've been thrilled because I've won some wonderful things in the five months I've been on
here. By the way, you can definitely combine lottos with facebook .... There are so-o-o-o-o many great comps on facebook. Keep an eye out for the
'quick' competitions that are often listed on lottos. Sometimes there are comps on facebook that need a response almost immediately, such as 'be one
of the first 20 people to comment on this post to win xxxxx'. They are usually posted on lottos with 'BE QUICK' at the beginning of the post. Good
luck with it all. Hope that you win lots of great stuff. Welcome to lottos!  |

I've been a member for more than 3 years and haven't one ANYTHING in the last 3 weeks so congratulations on your book lol.....

You'll find so much adivce on site about everything you could possibly want to know. There are threads for everything and just about every question.
Just enter, enter, enter, and forget about it. You have to keep going regardless to be successful. The trick is not to give up even in lean times as
that big win could be tomorrow which had happened many times. One entry or one hundred you still can be the winner. |

Don't get down if you're having a dry spell like me!!! Eventually the tide will turn - just remember it's a numbers game and you can't win it if
you're not in it |

Enter. Then when you don't win anything, keep entering, then when more time goes by and you might or might not have won, keep entering.

ok thanks I will i have entered heaps & heaps of comps again today been doing that everyday so surely i will maybe win at least one of them soon
although alot aren't finished yet  but I am pretty confident with a few of the
entries i put in =] i hate them voting comps though coz it is so hard to get the likes to win them  |

You may find it better to avoid voting comps and focus on entering the ones you enjoy entering more.
I think comps that require votes are really the most ruthlessly played and the most 'unfair' in the sense that the winner may not have the best entry
but they were somehow or other able to get the most votes.

I won a cruise and business class flights after 5 days. Just was lucky though. advice is enter enter enter.the more you have entered the more you will
win |

Also don't forget to check out the Freebies section. As long as the Post Man keeps turning up, it keeps you motivated. I have got some amazing
things through the Freebies section - not just samples - some companies give away full size products when they are lauching a new product or range. |

ENTER, ENTER, ENTER
and:
- always read the terms and conditions
- if Words or Less, witty, rhyme or try something that no one else may write. Mention the promoter/product and don't over think them - ALOT are drawn,
so your answer wouldn't really matter, just luck!
