June is all about being beautiful so we are bringing you a month full of our top Beauty Awards finalists. Vote online at tvsn.com.au or tvsn.co.nz
from May 31 to June 25* for your top beauty pick, and you will be automatically entered into the draw to win one of three amazing packs made up of a
collection of our winning products!
There are 3 Prizes/3 winners. The winners will receive a pack of 12 beauty products consisting of the Beauty Award Winners, valued from $309.50 each
Authorised under permit numbers: NSW LTPM/14/00998 and ACT TP 14/03150. *Competition opens 8:00pm AEST 31/05/15 and closes 11:59pm AEST 25/06/15
Full terms and conditions:
1 Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these
terms and conditions.
2 Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are
not eligible to enter. You must be a registered TVSN customer through our Websites or Call-Centre to enter.
3 To enter, customers must vote online using the provided web interface at tvsn.com.au or tvsn.co.nz between 31 May and 25 June 2015 for a beauty
product amongst the Beauty Award Finalists to be entered into the draw. Customers may vote for one product in each category
per day. There are 12 categories so each customer can enter the Competition a maximum of 12 times per day of the Promotion.
4 TVSN reserves the right to withhold a Prize from a winner if the prize winner’s TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter’s discretion
whether they award the Prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the Prize is withheld due to an account in
arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their
Prize and TVSN will draw another winner as part of an unclaimed prize draw.
5 Competition opens 8:00pm (AEST) May 31, 2015 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) June 25, 2015. The winners will be drawn on July 3, 2015; and announced
online on July 5, 2015. The draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. The winners will be
announced on the TVSN website tvsn.com.au and tvsn.co.nz on 05/07/15 The winners will be drawn at random.
6 If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the
Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
7 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
8 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the
Prize to cancel the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s
opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter
cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that
the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss
or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct
the Competition at any other time.
9 Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable
for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or
loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the Prize or entering the Competition.
10 The winners will be announced on the TVSN website www.tvsn.com.au and www.tvsn.co.nz on 05/07/15. Winners will be notified by mail.
If a Prize remains unclaimed, TVSN will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw at 12pm on October 5, 2015. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at
the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.
11 There are 3 Prizes/3 winners. The winners will receive a pack of 12 beauty products consisting of the Beauty Award Winners, valued from $309.50
each. Total prize pool is from $928.50. Values are in AUD and are correct at the time of printing.
12 Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete
entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the
Promoter, then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be
awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
