3 Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand. Permanent and casual employees, contractors and subcontractors, and subsidiary
agents of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
You must be a registered TVSN customer through our Websites or Call-Centre to enter.
4 To enter, customers must vote for a beauty product amongst the Beauty Award Finalists online at tvsn.com.au or tvsn.co.nz. Entrants must vote
between 8:30am AEST 1 June 2023 and 11:59pm AEST 24 June 2023 to be eligible for entry.
To stay up to date with the Beauty Awards as it develops, jump on the TVSN Facebook page to like the page, and on TVSN Instagram to follow the
profile.
5 Entrants may enter the competition multiple times, up to a maximum of 16 times per day of the competition. There are 16 Beauty Awards categories.
Entrants may vote for one product in each category per day.
6 This is a game of chance and the Winner is determined at random.
7 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize from a Winner if the Winner’s TVSN account is in arrears.
8 The competition opens 8:30am AEST 1 June 2023 and closes 11:59pm AEST 24 June 2023.
9 The Winners will be drawn on 6 July 2023 and announced online on Monday 10 July 2023 on the TVSN website tvsn.com.au and tvsn.co.nz. Winners will
also be contacted using the contact details listed in their TVSN account. The draw will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road,
Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. The winners will be drawn at random.
10 There are 3 prizes/3 winners.
The Winners will receive an amazing beauty prize pack which will include the winning products from each consumable Beauty Awards category! This
excludes any non-consumable or electrical products such as the Best Beauty Tool category winner.
The value of each prize pack will depend on which products win each category, varying from the highest prize value possible of $1,569.55 to the lowest
price value possible of $553.30.
The total prize pool at its lowest possible value is valued at $1,659.90 and at its highest possible value is valued at $4,708.65.
Values are in AUD and are correct at the time of printing.
11 If a prize remains unclaimed one week after the draw date, then the prize will be forfeited by the original winner and the Promoter may, at its
own discretion, redraw the winner. The Promoter will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw on 20 July 2022. The unclaimed prize draw will take place
at the TVSN marketing office: 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
12 The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value or contents of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the
date the prize is claimed.
13 Subject to the relevant state authority approval, if the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
14 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition at any time.
15 The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this competition accept no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost or
delayed in transit.
16 By entering into this competition, New Zealand Entrants acknowledge and accept that the delivery of prizes may be delayed as a result of closed
international borders, and that the Promoter is not responsible for any such delay.
17 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the
prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s
opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a) a prize winner does not satisfy the competition entry requirements; or
(b) the Promoter cannot conduct the competition or award the prize for any reason beyond its control.
18 Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the competition or varies or withdraws the prize it shall
not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such
cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b) be required to conduct the competition at any other time.
19 Entrants enter the competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be
liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or
sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the Prize or entering the competition.
20 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a
participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this competition and problems with transmission of entries over the internet.
The Promoter will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the
entry into the Promoter's database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
21 Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website(s), the
information on the Promoter’s website, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the
Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22 If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions that Entrant will
have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a Winner, and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the
Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.
23 The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken by the winner as cash. The winner must take
the prize in its complete entirety or the prize will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at
the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the winner forfeits that prize or that element of the prize.
24 If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or guardian who will be required to
confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
25 Upon entry into the competition an Entrant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter. This information will be
retained in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and TVSN’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.itvsn.com.au/apps/page/privacy.
