Terms and Conditions:
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and older, where the Channel Seven and affiliate broadcasting
signals are received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited (“Promoter”), Ansible Pty Ltd, Crown Melbourne Limited (“Sponsor”)
and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
3.1 The competition commences on Thursday 14th September 2023 at 05:30 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 17th September 2023 at 14:00 (AEST)
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must:
• Head to the designated competition page on The Morning Show website and register their full name, address (including postcode), date of birth, a
valid email address and telephone number and;
• Submit an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less, “Why you need to visit Crown Spa”
3.3 Entries must be received by Sunday 17th September 2023 at 12:00 (AEST)
Entrants can enter as many times as they would like.
However, each entry must be significantly different to any previous entry.
3.5 The entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant;
(b) written in English;
(c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.6 This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winner/s. Each entry will be individually judged to determine the worthiest and
most deserving entry as determined by the judges. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every
person who enters.
3.7 Entrants warrant to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third
parties.
3.8 The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at their absolute discretion, including
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter are entitled
to amend, edit, select, or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
3.9 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and
non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

4.1 There will be Six (6) Prize Winners in total judged throughout the competition period. Each winner will

But website entry states: We’re selecting lucky winners from Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. So assume it is for any Crown property. Still entering from
Tassie as heading to Melbourne soon so worth a try.

The prize judging will take place at Seven Network, Media City, 8 Central Ave,
Eveleigh, NSW 2015 on Sunday 17th September 2023 at 14:30 (AEST). The competition is a game of skill and
chance plays no part in determining the prize winner.
Winners will be notified by email or by phone within five (5) business days of the prize judging. All winners
will be published on www.sunrise.com.au on Monday 18th September 2023.
The Winners may be announced live on The Morning Show program scheduled to be broadcast on the Seven
Network between 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM AEST on Monday 18
th September 2023. |
