I’ve tried contacting them twice, via email and also direct to the person who contacted me for my win. She advised she would let me know. So far
nothing.
Does someone else want to try calling? That two fails…. The original winner and if a redraw occurred. |

CW should be reported to the relevant authority for their misconduct in running these comps. Ridiculous and unacceptable seeing that their customers
spend money on the products to enter. |

They've turned off the competition page!!....still without publishing the winner.
Terms and conditions are still available.

I've sent the below email to an address where I had a small Chemist Win earlier this year... if that person is still working there and replies, I'll
update this thread.
Hi there,
Chemist Warehouse recently ran a promotion
Purchase 2 x OGX products to win $20k
Start date 13/05
End date 12/06
and there was no winner announced.
Now the competition page has this message "This Competition has been turned inactive. Please contact administrator for more information"
In these days of cost of living, spending money is always done carefully.
Could you please announce your winner and I'm hoping you always check receipts numbers that the correct purchase was made - or chose another winner.

I sent them a message about this comp and the Aveeno one, this is what I got back from CWH.
The competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Thursday 8 August 2024.
If you require further information or support, please contact us during business hours Monday to Friday.

I can confirm that we have contacted the promoter to remind them of their obligations and have requested that they ensure that the winners of the
promotion and the unclaimed draw, are publicised according to their terms and conditions.

FYI - I'm not sure if it's due to multiple emails from many to Chemist Warehouse or emails from katley or others to lottery licencing...or my email
and others to OGX...or my email to Fair Trading NSW yesterday raising a complaint about this issue of the non publication of the winner...but today I
have received an email from Chemist Warehouse telling me the winner's name will be published at some point tomorrow.
I'll believe it when I see it.

Either way, I have a bad feeling for who ever the lucky winner is.
I hope they cough up the cash and not make it like getting blood out of a stone to get payment. |
