Terms and Conditions for “Travel Auctions Ultimate Red Centre Adventure”
1. Competition Overview
1.1. The competition is titled “Travel Auctions Ultimate NT Getaway” and is organised by Travel Auctions Pty Ltd, hereafter referred to as “the
Organiser.”
2. Eligibility
2.1. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 2.2. Employees of the Organiser, their
immediate family members, and any affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must complete and submit an entry form prior to 29 October 2024. 3.2. Only one entry per person is
allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competition opens on 12pm ACST Tuesday 27 August 2024 and closes on 29 October 2024 at 12pm ACST. Entries received after this time will not
be considered.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize is the “Ultimate Red Centre Adventure” package, which includes:
6 nights, 7 days accommodation for 2 people:
Alice Springs: 2 nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Alice Springs in a guest room, including daily buffet breakfast, DoubleTree cookie per person, free
WiFi, free parking, and late checkout to 1pm. The stay is split, with 1 night at the start and 1 night at the end of the itinerary.
Kings Canyon: 1 night at Kings Canyon Resort in a standard room, including daily breakfast and free parking.
Uluru: 3 nights at Desert Gardens, including the Free Indigenous Activities Program, free use of the Ayers Rock Resort Shuttle bus service, free
in-room WiFi, and free parking.
$1,000 airfare voucher to be redeemed with NT Now (tour provider) at time of booking.
7-day car hire with unlimited kilometres^ and a Standard Damage Recovery Fee.
Uluru Audio Guide for self-guided touring around Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Travel Dates
6.1. Travel must be completed between 1 November 2024 and 31 March 2025. Travel dates are subject to availability and may be restricted during peak
periods.
7. Airfare Voucher
7.1. The $1,000 airfare voucher is to be redeemed through NT Now at the same point of securing your travel dates. The voucher is subject to
availability and terms set by NT Now. The winner is responsible for any additional airfare costs not covered by the voucher.
8. Car Hire
8.1. The 7-day car hire includes unlimited kilometres and a Standard Damage Recovery Fee. Upgrade your car hire to include the Ultimate Protection
Cover from just $170 per person. This product is available for renters ages 25+. Additional costs or charges, such as fuel, insurance, and other fees,
are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Winner Selection
9.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. 9.2. The draw will take place on Tuesday the 29th of
October 2024, and the winner will be notified via phone and email within 2 days of the draw.
10. Winner’s Responsibilities
10.1. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and a
new winner will be drawn. 10.2. The winner is responsible for any additional costs or expenses not specified in the prize description, including but
not limited to travel insurance, meals, and personal expenses.
11. Publicity
11.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to their name and likeness being used in promotional materials related to the competition.
12. Privacy and Communication Opt-In
12.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to their personal information being added to the Travel Auctions and NT Tourism databases. This
information may be used to provide updates on future promotions, offers, and information about travel experiences. 12.2. Participants consent to
receiving communications from Travel Auctions and NT Tourism, including newsletters and marketing materials, via email, phone, or other channels.
12.3. Participants can opt out of receiving communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any promotional emails.
13. General Conditions
13.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. 13.2. The Organiser is not responsible for
any loss or damage arising from technical faults, failures, or errors related to the competition.
14. Governing Law
14.1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
