WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter the competition and be awarded prizes are those people specified in Condition 1.1 Employees of Helen Kaminski Pty
Limited or contractors to the Promotor or any of its agencies, or immediate family member of employees are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the promotion, the entrant must complete the entry form in full, including full name, email, phone number, state, city, agree with the terms
& conditions, agree to received marketing information from Helen Kaminski. A limit of one (1) entry per person.
To qualify for one additional entry into the prize draw, the entrant must complete the entry form including their Instagram handle and follow
@helen_kaminski on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments section.
The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction.
LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Persons wishing to enter must comply with condition 1.1.
DURATION
The competition commences at the time specified in Condition 1.2 on the date specified in Condition 1.3. Entries must be received by the time
specified in Condition 1.4 on the date specified in Condition 1.5.
PRIZE
The prize is one (1) ultimate getaway to Sri Lanka for up to two people.
The prize includes:
Two (2) return economy class tickets flying Sri Lankan Airlines from your nearest Australian capital city to Colombo.
4 nights’ accommodation, twin share, at the Amanwella resort, Tangalle, Sri Lanka in an Ocean Pool Suite.
Daily à la carte breakfast.
Daily afternoon tea.
Daily morning yoga (subject to availability.)
In-room refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages (Mini Bar.)
Return private car transfer by standard car with air conditioning from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) to the resort.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The winner and their travel companion must depart from their nearest Australian capital city and return to the same departure point and travel
together.
Accommodation is twin share.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize providers(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked,
take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be
transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner may choose the dates of travel from 04/11/24 to 30/11/25 excluding blackout periods where reservations will not be accommodated: 01/12/24 -
30/04/25.
The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations, travel
documentation and travel insurance.
Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point,
transfers, items of a personal nature, in room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not
included.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
SELECTION OF WINNER
There will be one (1) winner drawn from the total entrant database at the time and date specified in Conditions 1.6 and 1.7, and will be conducted at
the location outlined in condition 1.8. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The WIN THE ULTIMATE GETAWAY is a game of chance. The Promoter
reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted
by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a.) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; (b.) purported entries that are
not received for any reason, including because they were incorrectly uploaded or misdirected, or that are received, but are late, illegible,
incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; (c.) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (d.)
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (e.) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and
including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or
its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and,
where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or (f.) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under
either Promoter’s control); (g.) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will
be entered into.
WINNER NOTIFICATION, PUBLICATION AND REDRAW
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. Despite the Promoter’s best efforts to contact the prize winner or deliver a prize,
if a prize remains unclaimed by 30th November 2024 then the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original
prize draw on that date to distribute the unclaimed prize. The first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prize. The winner of the unclaimed prize
draw will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published at helenkaminski.com.au within 7 days of the draw.
PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT
By entering the promotion the entrant consents to receive marketing emails from the Promoter (Helen Kaminski Pty Limited). Entrants will have the
option to unsubscribe to communications should they choose at any point.
DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY
The prize winner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and its related entities and officers for any and all claims, demands,
suits, loss, damage, injury, and liability, including costs, expenses, and reasonable solicitors fees arising from, or in any way connected with, the
prize. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite
the Promoters’ reasonable endeavours, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value. Each entry
