YES,you should keep all POP and Barcodes. I always put the barcodes with my receipts, I have been asked to provide for all entries as well as just for
winning ones. |

I use to keep them in a small photo book in the plastic sleeve with entry form.
Was ending up with books saving for 2nd chance draws.
Last 12 months I use a large HUGGIES flip lid container.I store them a like a filing cabinet fits heaps in.I have coles. woolies etc in order so i
know where in box to find.has made life alot easier when busy.
I used a 2nd container marked "comps ended" ready for 2nd chance draws.Once that is full move and file away
It is personal choice I have found flip lid great as can just throw in at front and I sort later. |

Thanks for the replies, can you tell me when the companies ask for POP is it okay to have copies as I also keep my dockets for my credit card and as
has been mentioned they do fade, or do they insist on the original, what happens if ti has faded and can't be read. |

Plastic Pocket Book
I keep all my receipts in a plastic pocket book with each pocket marked with the month, also keep barcodes and entry forms for the comps entered...
That way it's easy to find. Highlighting items on the individual receipts helps as well as it can be a memory jogger as to the competition entered. |

It is possible to get receipts reprinted if you have lost one. All you need is the date purchased, and if the promoter will tell you, the
transaction/receipt number, which you may have entered on the entry form. The transaction number is not essential.
You ring the store, give them the details you do have, and they will reprint it. |
