By entering a photograph you are acknowledging that the photograph was taken by yourself, and is not from copyrighted sources. You also hand over
rights to use the photograph in any future publicity by Australian Explorer, such as use on the Australian Explorer website as per our Terms and
Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
ALL COMPETITIONS
Australian Explorer does not accept any liability for lost, delayed or incomplete entries
The decision on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the competition's judging
Winners will be notified by Australian Explorer's choice of either Email, Post, Telephone
BEST PHOTOGRAPH COMPETITION
Entries will only be accepted in the JPEG (.jpg) digital format
Digital images can only be submitted online using the specific entry form
Digital images must not exceed a file size of 1MB. Entries over this size restriction will not be accepted
Please note that Australian Explorer may contact winning entrants to obtain higher resolution images for inclusion in our Photo Gallery and other
areas of the website
The entrant must hold copyright of any photograph entered in this competition. Australian Explorer reserves the right to request supporting evidence
Any photograph that has won a prize previously on the Australian Explorer competition is not eligible for entry
Australian Explorer reserves the right to showcase photograph entries within the Australian Explorer website as examples of entry
Australian Explorer reserves the right to use photograph entries as part of the Australian Explorer websites general content
This competition is for the Best "Australia" Photograph. Only photographs of Australia and / or Australian content will be accepted into the
competition.
COMPETITION PRIZES
Competition prizes cannot be redeemed as cash. Prizes can only be redeemed as an experience voucher for one of the experiences listed within the
experiences section of the Australian Explorer website.
The winner must select their chosen experience within 30 days of being notified that they have won the competition.
Once the winner has selected an experience, Australian Explorer will email the experience voucher to the winner. The winner can then book a date for
their experience direct with the supplier (dates subject to availability).
All experience vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be utilised following the standard experience terms and conditions.
If the cost of the selected experience is less than the value of the prize amount any difference in cost is forfeited.
If the cost of the selected experience is more than the value of the prize amount the winner must pay the difference direct to Australian Explorer by
Money Order (the experience voucher will not be emailed until Australian Explorer has recieved the money order). |
