Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these
terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are
not eligible to enter.
3. TVSN reserves the right to withhold a prize from a winner if the prize winner's TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter's discretion
whether they award the prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the prize is withheld due to an account in
arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their
prize and there will be no redraw.
4. Competition opens 5:30pm (AEDT) August 2, 2010 and closes 6:30pm (AEDT) August 31, 2010.
5. There is one promotion per weeknight during the month of August, 2010. To enter: purchase a product from a
PM@TVSN show in August (5:30pm - 6:30pm weeknights on TVSN) and you will automatically be entered into a 7:30pm weeknight draw for each order you make
that contains a purchase from the corresponding PM@TVSN show.
6. The draw you are entered into will depend on which PM@TVSN show you place your order in during the month. E.g. purchase from the August 6 PM@TVSN
show (5:30pm - 6:30pm August 6) and you will go into the draw for that hour's promotion: in this case, during the 7:30pm live hour on August 6. See
term 11 for full promotion schedule dates and times.
7. Each weeknight a winner's name (plus suburb and state) will be drawn and announced during the 7:30pm live
hour. The winner's name will be announced without warning at anytime within the first 30 minutes of the show.
8. Each weeknight during the PM@TVSN show, the TVSN presenter/s live on air will spin a wheel to determine the prize for that night's promotion. There are 4 sections on the wheel: a $50, $75, $100 and $200 TVSN shopping voucher and the prize will be the amount that the
spinning wheel lands on. If your name is drawn and announced in the 7:30pm weeknight hour, you have won that pre-determined prize for that
night's promotion.
9. If your name is drawn and announced and you call (02) 8198 6182 within 15 minutes of that announcement you will
also be entered into a major prize draw to win a $500 TVSN shopping voucher. If you do not call within 15 minutes of the announcement
you forfeit the entry into our major prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be directed to our television studio number
which is a standard phone line incurring standard call costs. Any costs associated with entering a promotion in this competition are the
responsibility of the winner.
10. All customers who are drawn and announced will be asked to verify their identity by providing their TVSN customer number when they call through
to our producer. This is to ensure the correct person has the chance to win as there may be customers in the draw with the same name/suburb/state
combination who are announced.

Major Prize Draw Wednesday September 1

12. There will be one winner drawn per promotion/per weeknight (Monday - Friday) during the 7:30pm live hour and 1 winner drawn in the major prize
draw on September 1, 2010. All winners drawn will be announced in the hour they are drawn. All draws will take place at the TVSN studio - 431
Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. Winners will be notified by post and announced on the TVSN website (www.tvsn.com.au). The major prize draw winner will be published in The Australian on 07/09/10.
13. If a prize remains unclaimed after the draw, TVSN will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw on 03/12/10 at 12pm. The unclaimed prize draw will
take place at the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.
14. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of
the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
15. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
16. Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the
Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter's
opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter
cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that
the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss
or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct
the Competition at any other time.
17. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be
liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
18. TVSN is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, problems with network congestion, problems with transmission or failures in any
telecommunications service or equipment. TVSN assumes no responsibility for any error, omission or interruption in the operation or transmission of
any communication whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, congestion, or any carrier network or otherwise.
19. There are 22 promotions in total for this competition with 1 prize per promotion of a TVSN shopping voucher to
the value of up to $200. The major prize draw consists of 1 prize of a $500 TVSN shopping voucher. Vouchers will be credited to winners' accounts 40
days after the date of purchase that granted them entry into the competition.
20. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete
entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the
Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be
awarded to the winner's parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.
21. Excluding the major prize draw, each individual prize value is up to $200. The major prize draw consists of 1 prize of a $500 TVSN shopping
voucher. The total prize pool for the competition is up to $4,900. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
