3 Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years old. Permanent and casual employees, contractors
and subcontractors, and subsidiary agents of the Promoter, and members of such person’s immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4 To enter, Entrants must email competitions@tvsn.com.au or competitions@tvsn.co.nz between 12:00am AEST 1 June 2020 and 11:59pm AEST 30 June 2020,
with the subject line ‘Shopper’s Guide Comp’ and write about the topic of “why you love PUR”.
5 Entrants may enter once only and will be automatically entered once the email is received.
6 The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries and Tags for the purpose of future promotions. The right to use granted in
this clause includes a right to modify, adapt and exploit the content of the winning entries for use in this competition or any other competition
conducted by the Promoter, its related entities or commercial partners. To the extent moral rights exist in the content of winning entries, the right
to use extends to a right to use the content in the winning entries without attribution of the author and a right to make any form of modification
without first obtaining the consent of the author.
7 Entrants must not include any offensive or inappropriate material in their entries or any material that if used by the Promoter would infringe any
third party intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate such entries it deems offensive or inappropriate.
8 This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged on their individual merit. The Promoter’s
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entry will be judged based on literary merit, creativity and originality.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.
9 There is 1 prizes/1 Winner. The Winner will receive a PUR Pamper Pack valued at $347 . All values are in AUD and are correct at the time of
printing.
10 The total prize pool value is $347..
11 The Prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize
occurring between the publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed
12 The Competition opens 12:00am AEST 1 June 2020 until 11:59pm AEST 30 June 2020. The Winner will be announced on 7 July 2020. The announcement will
take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
13 The Winner will be notified on 7 July 2020 by email, and announced on www.tvsn.com.au and www.tvsn.co.nz.
14 If the Prize remains unclaimed after the draw date, the Promoter will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw on 14 July 2020. The unclaimed prize
draw will take place at the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
15 The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken in its
complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the
Promoter, then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited.
16 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize from a Winner if the prize Winner’s TVSN account is in arrears.
17 Subject to the relevant state authority approval, if the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
18 The Promoter, their associated agents, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged, lost or
otherwise delayed in transit.

19 If the Promoter becomes aware after an Entrant has won the prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions that Entrant will
have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a Winner, and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the
Promoter, to return, or refund the prize.
20 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the
Prize to cancel the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s
opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
(a) a Winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
(b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control.
21 Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall
not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such
cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and
(b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
22 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to an
Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. The
Promoter will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. All email entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of
the entry into the Promoter's database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
23 Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Competition at any time.
24 Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be
liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any injury or loss to persons or
property as a result of taking the Prize, and any insurance provision is the responsibility of the Winner.
25 Upon entry into the Competition an Entrant gives permission for the use of personal data and information by the Promoter. This information will be
