1.0 General
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions.
1.2 Entry into the DUNE LONDON AUSTRALIA | SIGNUP GIVEAWAY - WIN A FREE PAIR OF SHOES (The Promotion) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
1.3 The Promoter is JL Footwear Pty Ltd of 312 Toorak Rd, South Yarra, Vic 3141 ABN 89 802 161 261 (The Promoter).
1.4 All times stipulated in the Terms and Conditions are based on AEDT.
1.5 For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, JL Footwear Pty Ltd includes all related and subsidiary companies, past, present and future
officers, agents, representatives, employees and assigns.
1.6 The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, JL Footwear Pty Ltd or any of the Promoter’s collaborators that are associated with
the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any
person whom the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
2.0 Entry Requirements
2.1: Entry to The Promotion is open to Australian residents eighteen (18) years of age and over.
2.2: Employees of The Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
2.3: Existing customers of The Promoter’s mailing list data base are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
2.4: Entry to The Promotion is free.
2.5: Entrants are allowed one entry per person.
2.6: The Promotion commences at AEDT 5pm Tuesday 11th October 2023.
2.7: To enter the Promotion: Entrants will need to sign up to the Promoter’s email marketing list by providing their name and email address via one of
the entry forms.
2.8: Entrants are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions for the entry to be valid.
2.9: For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must remain signed up to the Promoters mailing list for an entire month of the Promotion Period and at the
time of the monthly draw. Entrants who unsubscribe at the time of determination of the winner will be deemed invalid.
2.10: The Promotion is a game of chance and the winner will be selected based on random selection from the new monthly entries of subscribers for the
month of the draw.
2.11: Entrants can only enter the draw once.
2.12: There will be one (1) winner chosen each month, to receive the prize as described in item 3.1.
3.0 Prizes
3.1: One (1) free pair of Dune London shoes valued at up to RRP$250.00.
3.2: Prize is not redeemable for cash.
3.3: Only one (1) pair of shoes valued at up to RRP$250.00 can be chosen. One (1) size exchange will be offered should the pair selected be the
incorrect size. If exchanged size is no longer available due to out of stock product, one (1) different pair of shoes may be selected valued at up to
RRP$250.00.
3.4: The provisional winner will be notified via email by the Promoter’s customer service team.
3.5: A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter.
3.6: The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs associated with the prize.
3.7: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for the liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
4.0 Draw
4.1: A winner will be drawn each month at the Dune London Australia Head Office; 312 Toorak Rd, South Yarra, VIC 3141.
4.2: Entrants will go into the draw that match the month in which they entered the competition to win the prize specified in section 3.3.
4.3: The Promoter reserves the right to select reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
4.4: Monthly winners will be notified via email.
4.5: Should the Promoter not be able to make contact with the chosen winner within one (1) week after the winner's entry is drawn, the winner will be
deemed to have forfeited the prize.
4.6: Should item 4.5 come into effect, a representative of The Promoter will select the next best entry to be the winner of the competition. This draw
will take place at the Dune London Australia Head Office, 312 Toorak Rd, South Yarra, VIC 3141 one (1) week after the draw.
4.7: The Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw (if required) at the same place as the original draw at the time and on the date indicated in
4.6 to award the prize(s). This date will be no sooner than one (1) week after the original draw. Winners, if any, will be notified via email where
possible.
4.8: The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.0 Entries
5.1: All entries must be original and will become the property of The Promoter and collaborators upon submission. The entrant's name and entry may be
used for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide.
5.2: Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph,
film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including
any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
5.3: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry
process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5.4: Entries will be valid for residents of Australia only.
