Schnitzfest Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Promoter Details
The promoter conducting the Schnitzfest Giveaway is Schnitz Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN: 66603725462), with its registered office located at 10/644 Chapel
St, South Yarra VIC 3141.
Eligibility Requirements
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements.
To be eligible, participants must be members of the Schnitz loyalty program The Crumb Collective and must make a transaction in-store at a
participating Schnitz restaurant between Saturday, September 7th, and Monday, September 9th, 2024.
Employees, directors, officers and contractors of Schnitz and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse,
parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the
employee, director, officer or contractor.
Entry Details
Entry Period: The promotion runs from 12:00 AM AEST on September 7th, 2024, to 11:59 PM AEST on September 9th, 2024.
Entry Limits: Each eligible participant may enter once per day during the competition period, provided they meet the transaction requirement.
Entry Method: Participants must be part of the Schnitz loyalty program The Crumb Collective, and must scan their loyalty barcode when making a
qualifying transaction (which is any in-store purchase made during the Entry Period) to enter the giveaway.
Cost of Entry: Entry is free, with no additional costs other than the standard transaction at a Schnitz store.
Prize Details
Prize: Five (5) winners will be drawn daily on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (September 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2024). Each winner will receive $1,000 in
Schnitz Cash. Schnitz Cash cannot be redeemed for legal currency and can only be used to purchase products in-store at a Schnitz store or for pickup
or delivery via the Schnitz app or website.
Total Prize Value: $15,000 (15 winners, $1,000 each) in Schnitz Cash.
Prize Conditions: Schnitz Cash will be deposited directly into the winners’ Schnitz loyalty program accounts.
Draw Details
Game of Chance: This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
Draw Dates: The draws will take place daily on September 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2024, at 12:00 PM AEST.
Draw Order: The draws will be conducted in no particular order.
How Winners Are Determined: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
Redetermination of Winners: If a prize remains unclaimed or if a winner is deemed ineligible, a redraw will be conducted after the initial draw to
determine a new winner.
Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via the email or phone number associated with their Schnitz loyalty program Member ID on September 16th, 2024.
Publication of Results: Winners’ names and territories (if applicable) will be published on the Schnitz website from September 16th, 2024.
Prize Payment: The Prize (Schnitz Cash) will be paid to each winner’s account by September 23rd, 2024. Once the Prize has left Schnitz’s possession or
control, Schnitz will not be responsible for any loss of the Prize.
Claiming Prizes
Prize Claim Period: Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of notification.
Cost of Claiming Prizes: There are no costs associated with claiming the prize.
Redetermination of Prize Winners: If a prize is not claimed within the specified period, a redraw will be conducted.
Miscellaneous
Limits on Prizes Per Person: Each participant can only win one prize per day.
Bonus Prizes: There are no bonus prizes.
Benefiting Organisation: The promotion is conducted by Schnitz for the benefit of its customers.
Entry Age Limits: Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
Limitation on Liability: Schnitz and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect,
special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising
from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Non-Excludable Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer
guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar
consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
Non-Compliance: If, due to any reason whatsoever, Schnitz becomes aware after an entrant has won a prize that the entrant has not complied with these
Terms and Conditions, that entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if Schnitz has announced them as a winner and that entrant will be
required, at the direction of Schnitz, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the prize.
Privacy: Schnitz may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating
with entrants. Entrants can read Schnitz’s Privacy Policy at https://schnitz.com.au/privacy-policy/. Entrants can request access, updates and corrections to their personal information by contacting us at
