Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.
How to Participate
To take part in this Promotion, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
visit the Hahn Beerlay promotional website at hahnbeerlay.com.au and fully complete the registration form to create a profile and opt in to receive
SMS and email notifications regarding this promotional activity;
follow the prompts to create a Beerlay team for up to four (4) people OR join an existing Beerlay team (via a referral link). Individuals who create a
Beerlay team will be provided with a referral link to share with potential team members; and
follow the prompts to link to their Garmin account (if they have one and consent to the relevant disclosure of the relevant information to the
Promoter). Individuals who wish to take part via the Strava app will be required to manually copy links from their Strava app to the Beerlay site (as
per the directions on the promotional website). Entrants will otherwise be able to log runs by following SMS prompts as directed.
When referring friends, if the referral link is shared with more than three (3) people, only the first three (3) individuals to accept the invitation
will be entered into the team (and the team will comprise of the original referring friend and the three (3) accepting friends). The referral link
must only be sent to individuals aged 18 years or over who have consented to their friend sending promotional and marketing material of this nature
(and who would potentially be interested in taking part in this promotional activity). Entrants must not use the referral link to send excessive
messages (via any means) to friends.
Once a team has four (4) members (i.e. the originally referring friend and their three (3) friends who have accepted the referral link and followed
the prompts to take part in this promotional activity), all four (4) team members will receive the ‘Full Team’ prize, as outlined below. Entrants will
not be able to switch teams once they have joined a team (or create their own team) and the team has started to log running distances (as set out in
more detail below). For the sake of clarity, this means that once any person in the entrant’s team has log a running distance (not necessarily the
individual entrant), no person from that team will be able to switch teams (or create their own team) .
For the sake of clarity, a team can consist of up to four (4) people, however, only teams with four (4) people are eligible for the ‘Full Team’ prize
(while stocks last). Teams with less than four (4) people are eligible for all other prizes outlined below. For further clarity, a ‘Team’ can consist
of just the one (1) person (subject to the prize restrictions outlined).
Once they have joined their respective team, each team member must then proceed to log their runs to complete milestones and redeem further prizes.
This can be done in one of the following ways:
by pulling run data directly from the Garmin API;
by sharing the link to their Strava run(s) via the Beerlay promotional website; or
by following the SMS prompts to log runs as directed.
When a team collectively logs a certain running distance, each team member will receive the corresponding prize/draw entry (details outlined in the
table below).

Each entrant is only eligible to join the one team as part of this Promotion. Entrants are eligible for a maximum of three (3) voucher prizes under
these Terms and Conditions (consisting of one (1) x ‘Full Team’ prize and two (2) x Running Distance Voucher Prizes). Teams are only eligible for one
(1) entry into the prize draw (for meeting the corresponding entry requirements). An entrant must use the same app throughout the Promotional Period
in order for their running distance to be counted for the purposes of this promotional activity, however team members do not necessarily need to be
using the same app.

Prize Conditions
NT residents will receive a generic $10 Vault Pays Enabled Prepaid Mastercard® where any voucher prize is won.
Vault Pays-Enabled Prepaid Mastercard® Conditions (NT Residents only):
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-Enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Vault Pays-Enabled Prepaid Mastercard
must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Vault Pays-Enabled Mastercard any unused
balance will be forfeited. We will not give you notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital

The BWS/Dan Murphy’s vouchers are valid for six weeks from the end of the Promotional Period. Claimants will receive notifications indicating that the
vouchers are due to expire if not used.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to increase the number of Team Running Distance Voucher Prizes on offer throughout the
Promotional Period.
Prize Draw Winner notification
Winners of drawn prizes will be notified via email and published at hahnbeerlay.com.au on 20/11/24.
Second Chance Draw
Draw prizes must be claimed by 20/01/25 at 12:00 pm AEDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be drawn on 21/01/25 at 1:00 pm AEDT at
Pilgrim, 51A / 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia. For the sake of clarity, individuals (and not teams) will be entered into the Second
Chance Draw (and only those individuals in teams that qualified for the original prize draw by logging a running distance of 200km+).
The winner(s) of the Second Chance Draw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and published at hahnbeerlay.com.au on
23/01/25. For the sake of clarity, each individual in a winning team is required to claim their prize separately. In the event that an individual in a
team does not claim their prize by the time/date specified above (regardless of whether other team member(s) have claimed their prize) the prize for
that individual shall be entered into the Second Chance Draw.
If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at hahnbeerlay.com.au within 5 days
of the draw.
