Terms and Conditions:
1. Your participation in this Competition constitutes your deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Patient Wolf Distilling Co. reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an
entry that tampers with the entry process or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
In order to constitute a valid entry into the Competition, entrants must follow both @patientwolfgin & @lancemorehotels and tag one person at
least in the post. Entrants can enter multiple times by tagging multiple persons.
3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The competition commences on Wednesday 16 October 2024 and completes on 11:59pm Wed 30th October.
The winner will be picked at random by Patient Wolf Distilling Co on Thursday 1 November. The winners will receive:
- Patient Wolf Gin Package Including a Spritz Pack, 1 x Bottled Negroni and 1 x Bottled Martini
- 2 x Patient Wolf Gin Masterclasses to be redeemed on Sat 9 November (cannot be banked)
- x2 tickets to see JET on 8 November plus 4 drinks vouchers & a food hamper to share.
- 2 nights hotel suite stay from 9th-11th November at Lancemore Crossley Street.
The prize DOES NOT INCLUDE flights or transport costs for any entrant that is not located in Victoria.
5. The winners’ selection will take place at Patient Wolf Distilling Co. on Thursday 1st November. The Promoter’s office is located at 34-36 Market
Street, Southbank, VIC, 3006.
6. The prize winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive.
7. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify
any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
8. Prize/s must be claimed within 2 days of contact. If prize is not claimed Patient Wolf Distilling Co. reserves the right to draw new winners within
2 days after being first contacted.
10. The use of any automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Competition
repeatedly, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
11. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this Competition.
12. You must be over the age of 18 to enter and resident in Australia.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to the following:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry, prize, or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by the Promoter) due
to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
5. any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant; and use of the prize.
Legal Drinking Age: Patient Wolf Distilling Co. supports the responsible service of alcohol and will never supply alcohol to minors. You need to be
over the Legal Drinking age to purchase from our online store.
